JOEL OSTEEN DAILY DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE FOR FRIDAY 10TH DECEMBER 2020

 JOEL OSTEEN DAILY DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE

DATE: FRIDAY 10TH DECEMBER 2020

TOPIC: THROUGH THE STORM

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE

Mark 4:40, NLT – Then he asked them, “Why are you afraid? Do you still have no faith?”

TODAY'S WORD

In Mark 4, Jesus said to His disciples, “Let’s go to the other side of the lake,” but along the way they were caught in a furious night storm.

The winds were so strong that the disciples thought the boat was going to capsize, so they woke Jesus up. He rebuked the storm, and everything calmed down.

When we’re in a storm, we often get upset and panic as the disciples did. “God, You have to help! This medical report is bad. My finances aren’t making it. My relationship is falling apart.” Quit being upset and losing sleep over your troubles. God knew there would be a storm before He told the disciples to go over the lake.

When He puts a promise in your heart, all the forces of darkness cannot stop Him from getting you there. God is not ignoring your prayers. You don’t have to wake Him up. He’s teaching you to have faith in the middle of the storm.

PRAYER FOR TODAY

“Father, thank You that You are not just the God of the start of my storm, not just the God of my finish, but You’re also the God of the middle. Thank You that You are here to protect me and provide for me. I believe You will still my storms. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

JOEL OSTEEN DAILY DEVOTIONAL FOR TUESDAY 8TH DECEMBER 2020

 JOEL OSTEEN DAILY DEVOTIONAL

DATE: TUESDAY 8TH DECEMBER 2020

TOPIC: LIFE PURPOSE

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE

Isaiah 14:27, NKJV “For the LORD of hosts has purposed, and who will annul it? His hand is stretched out, and who will turn it back?”

JOEL OSTEEN TODAY 8TH DECEMBER 2020 DAILY DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE:

God has a purpose for your life. He’s already planned out your days, lined up the different scenes, and established your ending.

Today’s Scripture asks, “Who can stop it? Who will turn it back? God is saying, “I’m the all-powerful Creator of the universe. Now, who can stop My plan for your life? Who can change your ending? People can’t, unfair situations can’t, tragedy can’t. I have the final say.”

When you feel like you’re on a life detour, when you come to a dead-end with something you don’t understand, don’t get upset or live frustrated. It’s just one scene.

When all the scenes of your life come together, it’s going to work out for your good. What looks like a setback is really God setting you up to get you to the fullness of your destiny.

Stay in peace, knowing that God is directing your steps. Even the detours, the dead ends, and the U-turns will work to your advantage.

PRAYER FOR TODAY

“Father, thank You for the promise that You always cause me to triumph in the end. Thank You that You are directing my steps and working out Your purpose for my life. I’m going to stay in peace knowing that no one and nothing can stop Your plan. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

ENERGIZE YOUR LIFE!

God has created you to be a victor, not a victim. Jump-start your day by celebrating the very best that God has for you! These daily inspirations will help you grow in your relationship with the Lord and equip you to be everything God intends you to be.

JOEL OSTEEN INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGE & SERMON FOR FRIDAY 4TH DECEMBER 2020

JOEL OSTEEN INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGE & SERMON

DATE: FRIDAY 4TH DECEMBER 2020

You are reading Joel Osteen Today Inspirational Message & Sermon for Thursday 4th December 2020 by Joel Osteen to inspire you. God bless you.

Reliving old hurts, thinking about what you lost, will keep you down. Let it go. Put on a fresh new attitude and you’ll begin to rise to new heights. He didn’t say, “They shall mount up as chickens.” He called you an eagle; He created you to soar. Don’t let a sour attitude keep you grounded. It’s time to rise to new levels, to soar to new heights.

God is getting you prepared to go where you have never gone, to accomplish dreams that you didn’t think were possible, and to live and enjoy the life He intended for you.

About Joel Osteen
Raised in Houston, Texas, with a loving family of seven and world-renowned parents in full-time ministry, Joel Osteen never imagined that he would follow so closely in his father’s footsteps. As a young man, his training and interests were behind the scenes in television production, though he was close to his father in ministry.

“There’s no greater feeling than being able to help people rise higher and overcome something and feel better about themselves. I think that we’re all made to help others, to lift people UP.” – JOEL OSTEEN

His father always encouraged him to preach, but Joel would politely decline time and time again until one day in October 1999 when his father was admitted to the hospital with kidney complications. Joel finally agreed to preach the next Sunday, and his father passed the following week. Joel’s first sermon was the last his father ever heard. Joel and his wife, Victoria, were suddenly thrust into full-time leadership of Lakewood Church.

JOEL OSTEEN DAILY DEVOTIONAL FOR TUESDAY 1ST DECEMBER 2020

 JOEL OSTEEN DAILY DEVOTIONAL

DATE: TUESDAY 1ST DECEMBER 2020

TOPIC: HOLD ON TO YOUR CROWN

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE

PSALM 8:5, NIV – You have made them a little lower than the angels and crowned them with glory and honor.

When God breathed His life into you, He put a crown of glory and honor on your head. This crown represents your authority. It represents God’s blessing and favor on your life. It’s a reminder that you are royalty.

When you’re wearing your crown, you’ll have a sense of entitlement, thinking, I have a right to be blessed and live in victory because I’m wearing a crown of honor put there by my Creator.

Jesus said, “Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.” Throughout life, there will always be someone or something trying to take your crown.

People will talk about you, trying to make you look bad, to push you down. What they’re really doing is trying to take your crown. Don’t let them have it. Nobody can take your crown. You have to let go of what was said or done to you rather than let go of your crown.

PRAYER FOR TODAY

“Father, thank You that You have put a crown of glory and honor on my head by Your grace.

Thank You that I am not less than others or just average, but You have made me royalty. I declare I will not allow anyone or anything to take my crown.

JOEL OSTEEN DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE FOR MONDAY 30TH NOVEMBER 2020

 JOEL OSTEEN DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE

DATE: MONDAY 30TH NOVEMBER 2020

TOPIC: IT ALL CAN CHANGE IN A DAY

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE

2 KINGS 7:1, TLB – Elisha replied, “The Lord says that by this time tomorrow two gallons of flour or four gallons of barley grain will be sold in the markets of Samaria for a dollar!”

An army had surrounded the city of Samaria, cut off the Israelites’ food supply, and clogged up their waterways so they couldn’t get any water.

The people were starving and beyond desperate. When Elisha spoke today’s Scripture, the people thought he’d lost his mind.

One leader said, “That couldn’t happen even if the Lord opened the windows of heaven.”

Yet if you continue reading the story, it did happen just as Elisha said, miraculously, and there was a sudden abundance of food.

For some of the things that seem impossible that they could turn around or happen, you’re going to be amazed.

You’re looking in the natural, but we serve a supernatural God. Get in agreement with God.

Believe that things are going to fall into place, opportunity is going to come to you, people will go out of their way to be good to you. You couldn’t have made it happen. It’s the hand of God.

PRAYER FOR TODAY

“Father, thank You that when I believe, angels go to work, forces of darkness are pushed back, and things begin to change in my favor. Thank You that whether You do it tomorrow or next year, You will take care of my every need. I believe it’s on the way. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

JOEL OSTEEN DEVOTIONAL FOR SUNDAY 29TH NOVEMBER 2020

 JOEL OSTEEN DEVOTIONAL

DATE: SUNDAY 29TH NOVEMBER 2020

THEME: DON'T DISCOUNT THE “I KNOW"S

TODAY'S SCRIPTURE

ISAIAH 1:19, ESV – “If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land.”

TODAY'S WORD: JOEL OSTEEN SUNDAY 29TH NOVEMBER 2020 DEVOTIONAL

We know God speaks to us about righteousness, faith, salvation, and doctrine. But He also talks to us about everyday things such as slowing down on the freeway, not eating so many sweets, forgiving our coworker, and what to watch and not to watch on television or the computer.

Sometimes we let small things keep us from God’s best.

Pay attention to the practical things. You have that knowing on the inside –“I know I need to eat healthier, I know I need to forgive him, I know I need to encourage my friend, I know I need to be more disciplined in my spending.”

Here’s a key: the “know’s are God talking to you. Don’t discount it, don’t push it down. The more you listen to and obey that still, small voice inside, the more God can trust you, the more of His favor He’ll release in your life. You will “eat the good of the land.”

PRAYER FOR TODAY

“Father, thank You for Your promise that You will lead me down the best path for my life. Thank You that I don’t have to figure out what “I know” You’re asking me to do. I believe that obedience in the small leads to Your favor in big ways. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
